I had the chance to meet a few folks from the team at Astrofest, and they were super helpful. My RASA 8 showed up right on time, and I was really impressed with how quick and efficient their service was.

"Awesome Company"
At first, I struggled to get in touch with the company - I reckon it was my mobile's wifi calling or something (not exactly a tech whiz here…). But once I managed to connect, they were super helpful. I took off one star because the delivery was two days late, but other than that, everything was great. The telescope I was after was £20 less here compared to Amazon and other places for the exact same item.

I initially messed up by not verifying if the items were available, and that was on me. Your company had to get the products from the main supplier. I was given the option to cancel, but I decided to keep the order since the binoculars were just the right kind for my sister's two grandkids. They have a wide field of view, making it easy for them to spot a bird in flight.
